Had a fab stay in the Superior Queen Room! The central location made exploring Florence super easy. Just a bummer about the lift needing a makeover 🛠️.

Room was spacious with a lovely big bed. Wi-Fi was reliable. Security could improve.

I loved the beautiful parquet floor and the spacious Beautiful Queen Room. The bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed the overhead rain shower. Ellina was a responsive host, checking in to see how we were. The location was perfect, just a minute from the train station!

The Deluxe Queen Room was fantastic! Spacious with sleek storage, a gorgeous view, and an inviting overhead rain shower. Had a lovely interaction with Elina, who was responsive and kind!

Though the location is central, navigating to the main entrance could use improvements for ease. Security measures might require a solid upgrade too.

I loved the location! Just a few minutes' walk to the train station, which made transfers super easy. The room felt clean and quiet, perfect for resting after exploring Florence. The kettle for tea was a nice touch, although having an extra trash bin would’ve been really handy. The towel rail dripped a bit, which was a minor annoyance. Overall, I appreciated the experience but felt the facilities could use some attention.

Access to the main entrance should be improved!!! An intercom would prevent food delivery mishaps. A towel rail that drips water is a nuisance!!! An extra trash bin in the room would greatly enhance convenience!!!

the staff was super friendly and ready to help. housekeeping left my room spotless each day👍. plus, it's just across the train station—so convenient for getting around!

This was just an excellent fit for a lightning trip in Florence with good price value. I appreciated having a clean kettle in the room, which was nice for a quick cup of tea. If you need to use stairs, be prepared for some darker areas.
